Welcome to the life you deserve & desire!

I'm Rachel, and I want to share a bit of my journey with you—not just the hardships I've faced, but more importantly, the triumphs that have shaped who I am today. My path has been anything but straightforward. From navigating a turbulent childhood filled with trauma and addiction, to achieving a master's degree and teaching high school math for eight years, then to a life altering diagnosis, my life has been a series of lessons in resilience, determination, and the power of transformation.

I embarked on a risky journey at just 14, seeking solace in substances and a lifestyle that was far from nurturing. Despite my challenging environment and personal struggles, I never let my dreams dwindle. I was the overachiever—the one who managed to excel in academics, sports, and work while battling my own demons in silence.

At 26, I reached a turning point. Therapy became my beacon of hope, guiding me through the darkness and helping me start the process of healing. But it wasn't until I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at 28 that I truly confronted the need for a radical change. Teaching math, a job that once brought me joy, had become a source of stress, compounding the toll on my health and well-being.

It was then that I made a vow to not only reclaim my health but to dedicate my life to helping others do the same. I immersed myself in the worlds of personal training and nutrition, not just as professions, but as pillars for a new way of living. Embracing a whole foods diet and clean eating became the cornerstones of my recovery and self-care.

My journey to wellness has taught me invaluable lessons about the importance of balancing the body with sleep, nutrition, movement, stress management, positive relationships, and mindful substance intake. It's a holistic approach that has not only allowed me to live symptom-free but also to reverse the impact of my multiple sclerosis diagnosis.

Today, as a life coach, I am committed to supporting others in living lives that are true to themselves. Whether it's reversing disease, improving health, enhancing relationships, or finding joy in new beginnings, my mission is to empower you to embrace change and become your own best friend.
